This is the first game without Pitso Mosimane as a coach for Masandawana in approximately 8 years, also the first game of Steve Komphela as a senior coach of Sundowns.
Masandawana has got 3 coaches, with Mancoba Mncqithi and Rhulani Mokwena confirmed as Head Coaches with Komphela recently appointed senior coach. According to Sundowns press release, Mncqithi has the final say where there is non-consensus.
