Kaizer Chiefs booked their place in the CAF Champions League spot by finishing as the league’s runners up in the domestic 2019/20 season. The draw for the preliminary rounds of the Interclub competitions season 2020/21 was conducted on Monday 9 November 2020, during an online meeting of CAF’s Organising Committee for Interclub Competitions and Club Licensing Systems.
The draw revealed that Kaizer Chiefs will face PWD Bamenda of Cameroon in the 1st and 2nd leg.
The logistics will be confirmed according to CAF calendar schedule with the 1st Leg taking place in Cameroon on the weekend of 27-29 November. The 2nd leg is scheduled to be played on the weekend of 4-6 December in South Africa.
