The biologically safe environment venues for South Africa’s local leagues were recently announced by the Premier Soccer League during a draw to allocate team venues. Mamelodi Sundowns was assigned to Dobsonville Stadium while Bidvest will be using FNB stadium, Amakhosi’s stronghold. The games will begin with the Nedbank Cup semi-finals on the 8th of August 2020, while the premier league resumes on the 11th of August, 2020.

Though, the assigned home venues were received mixed reactions from the fans as Kaizer Chiefs will be based at the Orlando Stadium while the Orlando Pirates will be playing at Ellis Park Stadium.

“To all my fellow Kaizer Chiefs fans and supporters lets get behind the boys, the whole and support them. The League Title is going to Soweto Naturena, the Glamour boys, love, and Peace. This is indeed our time to celebrate and for the Chiefs family to celebrate, it’s been long time since we had celebrated,” said Amakhosi fan.

The list of the home venues are as follows;
